Absolutely LOVED my first ever time doing yoga! Tessa is such a fab teacher. I was made to feel comfortable! I think i may be addicted to yoga, i even went home and got my husband doing some moves 😂 legs are aching today! Thats when you know its worked you hard 🧘🏼
