Tessa Clemson Yoga Studio, Great Harwood offers a variety of classes throughout the week, designed to help people to connect with their body, breath and balance.
The studio provides a warm, welcoming and encouraging space for people of all ages and abilities to practice yoga and relaxation. Sessions provide techniques to help people to feel calm; helping to lower stress and anxiety by introducing methods that can contribute towards improved mental health and well-being.
