Tessa Clemson Yoga offers a variety of classes throughout the week, designed to help people to connect with their body, breath and balance.
The studio provides a warm, welcoming and encouraging space for people of all ages and abilities to practice yoga and relaxation. Each teacher is fully qualified, with an abundance of experience and wealth of knowledge. Sessions provide techniques to help people to feel calm; helping to lower stress and anxiety by introducing methods that can contribute towards improved mental health and well-being.
Suitable for people of all abilities, classes range from ‘Gentle Flow’ to ‘Yoga for Sport’. Pregnancy and Mummy and Baby classes are also held at the studio by Tessa.
