My teacher Babu used to quote this during class in Dubai. We used to practice daily in the local park, often under the moon and with hundreds of people passing by enjoying the outdoors, wondering what we were up to. I would finish and buy a coconut to drink on my way home. The man used to cut it open using a little machete and pop a straw in it for me. I’d walk back over the sandy pavement in my flip flops and feel so happy and content.
