Choose a class that suits you. We have lots of brilliant teachers offering different styles and start times. Check the day and time is convenient for you and make sure you can get there most weeks.
Invest in a yoga mat. We have mats to borrow at the studio, but if you buy your own not only does it mean you can get to know your mat and become familiar with where to put your feet etc, but you can also practice at home.
Come with a friend or family member. Making yoga classes a social outing means you are more likely to keep coming and not let each other down. The perfect excuse to have a catch up and spend some time doing something worthwhile with people who matter.
