Saturday Strong Flow with Amy


Saturday Strong Flow is a new level of Yoga designed for anyone wanting to develop their practice, build confidence and learn something new.

The longer 90-minute class will include arm balances and how to work towards more challenging poses. Ideal for anyone who's been coming to yoga for a while and is looking to take their practice to the next level.
