New Breath Work Workshop (think Wim Hof) - Sunday 26th June 12-2pm £30

Don’t miss your spot - booking now OPEN! ✨

Have you been watching Wim Hof on BBC? Following similar methods on breathing, meditation and altered states of consciousness, Mary and Aaron combine to guide you through a two hour workshop on the basics of pranayama and relaxation, helping you to feel calm, still and find inner peace.

The ‘Conscious Breath’ is a deep healing breath work technique. It helps us to release blockages in the body, move past what no longer serves us and supports us in tapping into our inner guidance and wisdom.

Learn methods to cultivate a deep awareness of self, others and nature.

The breath work is intended to release emotions, helping to manage anxiety and shift energy in the body. Practice makes way for deep relaxation and inner peace. Perfect for anyone struggling to sleep or holding on to tension in the body and mind.

No experience is needed. Through breath work, you will explore altered states of consciousness to develop and grow. The session will provide the groundwork you need for profound personal development. You will learn different breathing techniques and meditation methods, with the session finishing off with gentle Pranayama and guided relaxation.
