• 5.25pm Gentle Yoga with Shine - classical yoga postures in the with controlled breathing, movements, positions and relaxation. Suitable for beginners.
• 6.30pm Yoga for Relaxation
A slow paced class with an overall sedative effect on the body. Moon salutation postures are practiced to help calm the nervous system and reduce overall stiffness and tension from the body. Suitable for beginners.
