• 5.25pm Introduction to Hatha
Hatha yoga is commonly translated as the “union of the pairs of opposites”, it combines classical yoga postures in the with controlled breathing, movements, positions and relaxation.
• 6.30pm Yoga for Relaxation
A slow paced class with an overall sedative effect on the body. Moon salutation postures are practiced to help calm the nervous system and reduce overall stiffness and tension from the body.
