Mental Health Awareness Week 18th-24th May 2020

As part of this year‘s Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, I am taking part in their ‘Movement Challenge’ - which is to get moving for 30 minutes a day, setting a 5 day yoga challenge to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. The theme for this years MHA Week is ‘kindness’, including the need to be kind to yourself, so what better way to dedicate some time for self-care, to clear your mind and stretch your body.

Starting next Monday 18th May, I will teach a 30 minute class live on YouTube (you will be able to catch) at 7pm. We will go through the basic yoga poses and their alignment, plus simple breathing techniques - great for those wanting to try something new or my yogis who need a little refresh after so many weeks of lockdown!

I will be setting up a donation page for those of you who are taking part 😊 with all funds going to the Mental Health Foundation.

To get involved please
