“I fell in love with Yoga over twenty years ago, at a time when Yoga classes and teachers were few and far between, quite hard to imagine now!
Keen to develop my personal practice, I enrolled on a Yoga foundation course and was then kindly invited to join the 3 year teacher training program. I’ve now been teaching classes, workshops and running retreats for over 15 years.
I am passionate about the transformative power of Yoga and believe that Yoga is for everybody.
Drawing from many different Yoga traditions, my classes are accessible and inclusive and aimed at helping students feel stronger, calmer, happier and healthier.
I have a particular interest in women’s health and became a Menopause Yoga teacher in 2022. I run workshops and classes to help to prepare, support and guide women through their Menopause journey.
