It’s July - our theme for the month is ‘Fire & Flow’
This month we will ignite inner strength and stability, culminating in the powerful Eagle Pose (Garudasana). Working with foundational strength poses like Chair Pose (Utkatasana) and Plank Pose (Phalakasana), building core, leg, and upper body strength.
Meditations will focus on affirmations of stability and resilience while practise will embody the transformative energy of fire.
Expect to hear your teachers talk about & weave these ideas through all sessions including yoga, sound baths & meditations.
