The retreat continues with an hour of enriching yoga philosophy discussion, where you'll explore the profound wisdom that underpins our practice. We will dive into the philosophy of yoga, connecting mind and body on a deeper level.
As the day unfolds, prepare for a tranquil 75-minute Yin yoga practice. Blankets and socks are encouraged to enhance your comfort during this gentle, introspective session. Yin yoga will encourage you to surrender, release tension, and find deep relaxation.
