Baby yoga back tomorrow!

Postnatal yoga helps your body gently recover and strengthen after birth.

Classes start with a short massage for the baby so that they are relaxed and calm as they watch you work through a series of movements and flows to help you ease aches and pains.

Each class builds on the previous week to help you build confidence and feel better.

• No experience needed

• Mats provided

• Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or after a check from GP or Midwife (10 weeks if you have had a caesarean).
