Please read carefully:
24 hours notice is necessary from before the class starts if you wish to edit, cancel or move your class.
For example, if class starts at 6pm Tuesday, you MUST cancel or edit BEFORE 6pm Monday. If you try to do so after this then the app will not allow for any changes to be made. If less notice is given classes will still be charged or knocked off blocks of classes.
This policy has been going since the opening of the studio and is displayed when booking a class.
Where possible if last minute cancellations can not be avoided, I am happy to have them gifted or switched to another within the same week (Monday-Sunday). They can not be transferred to the same class the following week if notice is given less than 24 hours in advance.
