Service Description

Connect with your body, breath and beautiful baby. Work through stretches and relaxation techniques designed to help focus your mind and body ready for birth and the postnatal period. Classes provide a safe space for mothers to rest, relax, reconnect and meet other like-minded mums. Suitable from 12 weeks (or after first scan) right up to birth. No prior yoga experience needed.

Cancellation Policy

Any payments or pass allocations are non-refundable, but if you need to change your booking then you are able to MOVE it to another slot with more than 24 hours notice - please download the WIX App to do this. If it is less than 24 hours until your class, you can not move your class. Please CANCEL your booking so that someone else can make use of the space. Please note that it is not possible to transfer or gift any classes, including within block bookings, to other people. Block bookings must also be used up within the specified time limit.
