Pregnancy Therapies in the Snug

This Sunday afternoon (9th July), Karen (who was my midwife when we welcomed Bobby into the world) will be offering treatments in The Snug.

Having completed training in maternity complementary therapies with Expectancy, the leading provider for midwifery specific complementary therapy education, she is able to offer treatments using Aromatherapy, Clinical Reflexology (Reflex Zone Therapy), Acupressure, Massage and Moxibustion.

Treatments can promote relaxation, ease and treat a wide range of pregnancy related physical symptoms, aches & pains, plus encourage a breech baby to turn.

Karen also offers holistic midwifery support on a one to one basis that is personalised to meet your individual needs. Holistic midwifery support can be as much or as little as you require, from a one off antenatal or postnatal appointment for additional support, reassurance, or to discuss your options, to a full course of appointments to see you through your pregnancy and for up to eight weeks after your little one arrives.

To find out more or to book in, please contact Karen @pregnancytherapies 07592 639606 or by email info@pregnancytherapies.co.uk
