7.45-9pm starting Wednesday 7th June £10, Yoga Jo will be starting her weekly Menopause Yoga sessions at Tessa Clemson Yoga, Great Harwood.
This class is aimed at all woman in any stage of menopause, preparing for menopause or simply looking for an opportunity to improve their health and wellbeing. Menopause Yoga brings together Western medical science and Eastern wellbeing practices to guide women through all stages of Menopause.
This therapeutic style of Yoga is curated to help with all the main menopausal symptoms as well as establish an all-important, positive mindset. The classes will provide a safe, supportive space where we can share our experiences and learn from each other. The aim is to educate and empower all women to embrace positively the transition from peri-menopause to post menopause and onwards!
The classes will include information on why we may experience these symptoms, nutrition, natural remedies, HRT and more, as well as a therapeutic Yoga practice. You do not have to be in a stage of menopause to benefit from these classes nor do you need any previous Yoga experience. It is suitable for all levels of fitness.
